![]() ![]() I REALLY think if you get an expert sleepers module (or dc coupled audio interface), you can cut out a great many CV modules in your hardware rack. Is there a way to accomplish routing 4 inputs into and getting 8 outputs from a SINGLE Reaktor ensemble in Cubase? I am not an expert in Cubase, but I can't figure out how to do this, even after many frustrating hours of experimentation. I am enjoying the audio blocks (oscillators, filters, etc.) but I am awaiting an Expert Sleepers module to use it mostly for CV control. The Reaktor standalone app and the VSTi instrument allow full independent routing to all of the 8 channels that I have available. Can only send output to one bus (2 channels max). The pack contains 24 Blocks in total, from fundamental utilities like audio I/O, note in, and MIDI clock, to an accessible range of sound shaping LFOs, ADSR envelopes, VCAs, and step sequencers. The standalone app provides 4 independent inputs. BASE BLOCKS BASE is a free download containing everything you need to start exploring modular synthesis. Can only receive independent input from one bus (2 channels max). When I setup Reaktor as a VST effect, the ensemble: Ive gone with Reaktor as well, not because Ive owned Reaktor since its first release but because when I compared Softube vs Reaktor blocks I just preferred the sound of the blocks and Reaktor in general. ![]() Using modules ported directly from NI’s Monark, Monark Mikro uses Monark OSC, ENV, and FILTER modules. While using only a small selection of Blocks, it’s capable of producing a wide array of unusual and exciting sounds. This works flawlessly in the standalone Reaktor application. There are far more Blocks on offer than Softubes modules. Showcasing two of the West Coast Blocks in REAKTOR 6, Lumikko captures the classic sound of renowned West Coast monosynths. I'm trying to setup Reaktor 6 in Cubase similar to the way it works in the standalone Reaktor application: a single ensemble gets 4 independent inputs from and sends 8 independent outputs to Expert Sleepers ES-8. Expert Sleepers ES-3 or one of the Roland AIRA modular devices that work as audio interface when connected to USB port of the computer so you can use their outputs to transmit CV signal from Reakt. Here you can see the Reaktor Blocks folder. The Library tab now appears in the Browser. For this reason, you have to use the Reaktor 6 FX plug-in in an audio track. There are several options how to get this signal from Reaktor into Eurorack: DC-Coupled audio interface (ex.MOTU), Specialized Eurorack Module ex. Enter Edit mode by pressing the EDIT button in REAKTORs Toolbar. Listentoaheartbeat wrote:As far as I know, Cubase does not allow to route audio to VST instruments. ![]()
